Ultrasonic testing of fuel rail and replacement

SCOPE: Ultrasonically test all fuel rail and replace sections were wall thickness is below accepted levels.

Once all pipework had been ultrasonically tested and reports were completed. New pipework was fabricated and installed during down days.  A down day usually lasts 12 hours, so the pressure was on to not only ensure pipework was the correct length, but to install in time to restart the power station.
